It has been brought to our attention that some parents are using this forum to contact staff members direct, to discuss their child's development and the general day to day running of the provision.

VIP Childcare Staff use this forum in their own time as a method of keeping informed as to what is being discussed and we request that other forum members respect their privacy. If you wish to discuss your child's development and general wellbeing, please speak direct to your child's keyworker, or a senior member of staff during working hours.

If you require information other than your child's development, please speak to Therese the General Manager, who will be more than happy to answer your queries.

Please note that this is in-line with the Parent/Carer Agreement (point 11) which has been signed by all service users.
